About AvataCore
AvataCore, LLC is a Florida-registered telehealth services company headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. We operate an online eligibility intake and care-coordination platform that supports U.S. adults seeking provider-supervised weight management.
All clinical care is delivered by independent, U.S.-licensed providers through our partner network. AvataCore itself is not a medical practice or pharmacy; we provide the technology platform and customer support that connects members with care.

SMS Communications
AvataCore sends optional SMS notifications to members who explicitly opt in during our online eligibility intake. SMS is never required to receive services from AvataCore.
How members opt in
During our online eligibility intake at avatacore.com/get-started, members may provide a mobile phone number and check an unchecked-by-default consent box. The verbatim consent language displayed on the form is:

What members receive
- Intake follow-ups and appointment reminders
- Order, prescription, and shipping notifications from our partner pharmacies
- Customer care replies and account notifications
- Occasional promotional updates and intake-completion reminders
Frequency: approximately 4–8 messages per month per member.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts.
- Reply HELP to any SMS to receive help contact info.
- Email [email protected] with any questions about SMS communications.
Carrier and cost disclosure
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AvataCore does not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.
